Spanish Baked Eggs: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green chilis

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Bisquik Mix

  • Milk

  • to taste Creole Seasoning

Step 1:

Use an augratin dish that holds approximately 6 ounces. Spray the dish with Pam or other vegetable spray. Turn the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Place the cheddar cheese in the bottom of your dish. Place the chopped chilis over the cheese. Prepare the egg mixture by mixing the eggs, Bisquik Mix, seasonings and enough milk to bring it to 6 ounces per container. Pour over the cheese and top with paprika. Place in oven for 30 minutes.

Step 3:

The ingredients given are for one dish. Adjust the amount for as many as you need. This dish will puff up looking fabulous and will keep warm throughout the meal.
