Good Medicine Lodge Montana Cookie: Dessert

Prep time:17 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter

  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 1/2 cups oats

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • 12 oz chocolate chips

Step 1:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla till very light and fluffy.

Step 2:

Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour Mix dry ingredients together with butter mixture until blended.

Step 3:

Mix in oats, nuts and chocolate.

Step 4:

Use 1/4 cup of batter per each cookie. Bake on a cookie sheet for 14 minutes.
