Wisconsin Cheese Curd and Brat Egg Bake

Ingredienti

  • 1 loaf French Bread, cut in 1 1/2" cubes
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheese curds
  • 6 brats, 1/2 " pieces
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  1. Brown brats until brown. Cut the skin & remove. Cut into ?” pieces. Spray 9 x 13 “ pan with cooking spray. Place one half of cubed bread in baking dish.
  2. Cover with cheese, brats, & peppers. Top with remaining cubed bread. Beat eggs with milk & seasonings. Pour over bread, making sure to coat all cubes.
  3. Cover & refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Bake at 350’ for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy!
