Easy Wild Rice Quiche

  • cooked wild rice
  • beaten eggs
  • Mushroom soup (not dulited)
  • Real bacon bits
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Onion
  • salt and pepper or other seasoning

  1. Beat eggs, add soup, rice, cheese, onion, bacon bits, seasoning and mix together.
  2. Pour into quiche dish or 9-10 pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or untill a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Can be prepared the night before and baked the next morning. Can also be Veg. by leaving out the bacon. It is so easy and very good!! Enjoy
