Cheesy Potatoes: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:
2 lb Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns

1 can Cream of chicken soup

8 oz Sour cream
-
8 oz Finely shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/3 cup Onion flakes
-
Pepper and salt to taste
-
1 cup Crispix cereal (crushed)
Step 1:
Mix all ingreedients except cereal together
Step 2:
Put into a 9x13 pan (greased)
Step 3:
Top with Crispix cereal and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
