Jay's Famous Steak Sauce: Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup

1/2 cup Orange Juice

1/2 cup Raisins
-
1/4 cup Soy
-
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
-
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
-
2 tablespoons Honey
-
2 tablespoons Horseradish
-
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
-
4 oz Apple Juice
-
1 1/2 cups Light Chicken Stock
-
1 tablespoon Garlic
-
2 tablespoons Shallots
Step 1:
Put all ingredients into sauce pan and simmer over low-medium heat for about 20 minutes, till raisins are soft and plump. Puree in food processor and serve with pork, chicken or steaks, of course. We usually pair it with our hand cut rib eye.
