Norman's Sausage and Egg Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Sausage

  • 3 Biscuits or (6 slices of bread, cubed)

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1/8 cup Chives

  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

  • dash Salt

  • dash Pepper

Step 1:

Brown Sausage lightly - drain well Whip together egg, milk, salt, & pepper Spray 9 in pie dish with non stick spray Preheat oven to 350

Step 2:

Place crumbled biscuits in pie plate Sprinkle chives over biscuits Crumble sausage over bisciuts Pour egg mixture over the top Cover with cheese Bake for 45 min
