soften cream cheese & butter for later use.
preheat oven to 350 degrees
beat 4 eggs with Aspen mulling spice for 5 minutes on high with electric mixer
gradually mix in pumpkin puree
gradually mix in flour, salt & baking powder
line 1/2 sheet pan with aluminum foil so that foil overhangs edges, but fits snugly around corners, spray with non-stick pan spray. Pour mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Use aluminum foil to roll cake & place in refrigerator to cool for at least 45 minutes
