Abraham Wagener Awesome Apple Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gran. sugar

  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup margarine

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 cups chopped aples

Step 1:

TOPPING:Mix first four ingredients until crumbly,set a side.

Step 2:

CREAM IN A LARGE BOWL: Brown sugar, margarine, egg.

Step 3:

MIX TOGETHER IN A MED> BOWL: flour, baking soda, salt.

Step 4:

Start with flour mixture- mix a little into creamed mixture- than add sour cream- add flour- add sour cream and end by adding the rest of the flour mixture. Stir in the apples- put the mixture into oiled 9x14 baking dish- add topping- bake next day, keep in refrigerator over night. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 min. serve warm or cold.
