Peanut Butter Crunch Bars: Dessert

Servings: 12

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup real butter
1 16 oz jar peanut butter
3 1/2 cups cinnamon crunch cereal
1 16 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1:

Melt butter over low heat. In a mixing bowl blend the sugar and peanut butter until well mixed. Stir in butter.

Step 2:

Stir in the cereal until blended and spread combination into 9X13 pan.

Step 3:

Melt chocolate over low heat and spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate over night...or at least 3 hours before serving.
