Creole Seasoning: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon ground sea salt (substitute 2 T. regular salt)

  • 2 tablespoon Hungarian paprika

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme

  • 2 tablespoon Banana Courtyard's 3-Pep Mix (substitute 1 T. black pepper, 1 T. cayenne pepper)

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Be sure to store this in an airtight container.

Step 2:

Sprinkle liberally on steaks, chops, chicken, grilled or fried fish. Use for boiling shrimp.

Step 3:

Yield about 2/3 cup.
