    • Cancellations: If you cancel up to 10 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit in full. Cancellations must be made by E-mail only! Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted. - Cancellations received within 10 days before the arrival date will unfortunately result in the forfeit of the deposit in full as it may not be possible for us to fill the room(s) at such short notice and we may have already turned business away. - Any modification or alteration received within 10 days before the arrival date will not be accepted. - In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a further charge of one night will apply.

      It's actually quite easy to get to Galway because it is well sign posted from whichever city you'll be coming from. Just follow the sign to " The West " or " Galway ". Once you reach the city center of Galway, follow the sign to " Salthill ". You'll be following the coast road. In about one mile you'll reach a hotel called the " Galway Bay Hotel ". It'll be on your right hand side. Go past that hotel for about 1 mile, until you come to a " T " Junction. We're just 60-70 yards before that junction on the right. If you arrive to the city by bus or train, taxis will be parked just outside the station.
