    Teresa Byrne and her husband Michael welcome you to their modern home set in a peaceful rural setting just 5km south of Dundalk and 40 minutes from Dublin Airport.       1: On route from Dublin or airport via M1 motorway leave motorway at exit 16 Dundalk South Ardee N52 interchange. (Please note that Heritage B&B is just 700m from this interchange east of the N1/N52 dual carriageway) From the roundabout take the Dundalk exit, 150m from the roundabout there are traffic lights. 20m before the traffic lights turn left and immediately right following the signs for Haynestown this will bring you around to the lights to enable you to cross over the dual carriageway. Again follow the Haynestown sign 150m by Garden Centre over narrow railway bridge left 200m 2nd house on left. 2:On route from Northern Ireland N1 or N53 from Co Monaghan take M1 motorway exit at Dundalk South Ardee N52 interchange and follow directions as above. 3:From Dundalk on route 132 follow signs for Dublin, at the major cross junction by Dundalk Institute of Technology and Wind Turbine follow signs for M1 Pass by Xerox Technology Park (note high X sign) through a new roundabout next traffic lights turn left by Garden Centre as above.
