    Waterloo House is situated on one of Dublin's premier tree lined avenues in the heart of the city. The location is tranquil yet only minutes away from St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and many of Dublin's key attractions. Waterloo House has 17 bedrooms. All are ensuite, that is, they have private bathrooms. Many rooms have views over the garden. All rooms are quiet and you're more likely to wake to birdsong than to city noises. Rooms are provided with T.V., direct dial telephones, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Waterloo House can accommodate disabled guests and there is a lift to all floors and to the parking lot. Breakfast is downstairs in our comfortable dining room. There are tables in the attached conservatory to enjoy the sun and garden. We keep the garden's bird feeders well stocked so you'll probably enjoy a "flying visit". Our breakfast menu includes a full Irish breakfast - eggs, sausages, white and black pudding, rashers, fresh baked bread and Irish butter - the world's finest. The Catch of the Day, usually salmon, is available. So are fresh croissants, baked daily. French toast, waffles, porridge, cereals, fresh fruit and dried fruits are all available for your delectation.

      We are located in Dublin City Centre. - The nearest restaurants and the major shopping area of Baggot Street is a two minute walk. - Landsdowne Road Rugby Ground is an easy 5 minute walk. - St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street are a comfortable 15 minute walk along bustling Baggot Street. - The National Art Gallery, National Museums and National Concert Hall are also a short 10 minute stroll. - The RDS centre is also within walking distance. Yet, amazingly, we are on a quiet, residential street with gardens on both sides. Enjoy the hussle and bustle - when you want it. Then retreat to Waterloo House for a quiet night's sleep.

      If you are driving to us from the Dublin Airport follow signs for Dublin City Centre. If traffic is running smoothly, you should arrive in Drumcondra Road in 15 minutes. On Drumcondra Rd. look out for a pub on the left hand side called The Auld Triangle and take a left there down Gardener Street. Go down Gardener Street until you get to the river. Go over bridge/river and take a left. Continue on riverside for approximately half mile and take a right at the FERRYMAN PUB. Continue straight until t-junction, go left at this junction and then go right at lights. Go Straight for 3 more sets of lights and then go left onto Baggot Street Bridge. Go over bridge and straight for 2 sets of lights until you see a shop on the right hand corner called EXTRAVISION, take a right and you are now on Waterloo Road, We are on the left hand side 2 red doors.
