    Our high standards of accommodation are on a par with that of a highly rated hotel or guesthouse. We are within easy reach of numerous good Dublin Pubs and Restaurants. We are also close to many of Dublin's Colleges such as St Patrick's College, The Marino Institute, D.C.U and All Hallows College. The city centre is 15 minutes by bus and buses run approximately every 5 minutes. Buses from Dublin Airport to Ashling House run approximately every 20 minutes. Dublin Ferry Terminal is approximately 3km by car or taxi.

    Great B&B !

    Nous y avons passer 2 nuit mi Avril. Super endroit, personnes accueillante. Propreté partout, lit refait tout les jours. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir la plus grande chambre, celle avec le petit jardin privée. Tout était vraiment génial, pas loin du centre ville. B&B à recommander !

    Great B&B !

    • Directions to property:
      Ashling House is located north of the City Centre on the main route from Dublin Airport to the City. Upper Drumcondra Road is an extension of the M1 Motorway. The M1 evolves into the N1 as you approach the city from the airport on which you will find Ashling house. If travelling from the city centre follow the signs for the airport which will lead you to Upper Drumcondra Road. This leads to the N1 and eventually the main Dublin to Belfast (M1) motorway. When traveling from the south, west or northwest enter the M50 northbound, take exit Number 3 towards the city centre (M1) until you reach the N1 which then leads onto Upper Drumcondra Road.

    • Directions to property:
      Travelling from the airport by car you need to enter the M1 city bound. The M1 becomes the N1 which becomes the Swords Road and then becomes the Upper Drumcondra Road where Ashling House is situated. The only turn you need to take after you enter the M1 is to turn into the parking area of Ashling House. Ashling House is on the left. As you approach Ashling House, The Regency Airport Hotel is the landmark to look out for (on the left side). About 100m after the hotel is a junction with Griffith Avenue. Pass through this junction and Ashling House is 8 houses further down the street (80m). There is a sign outside the house. If you pass The Skylon Hotel (on your right side) you have gone too far by about 200m. Ashling House is 10km from the airport and journey time is about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. While driving on the M1/N1 sections it is imperative to identify the correct lane (marked “City Centre”).
