Our signature dish is Lasagne al pesto
Rich, fully hand-made dish, original of Liguria (Italian North-West region) where Pesto sauce was born centuries ago. Three layers of hand-made lasagne (durum wheat semolina, eggs) and bechamelle sauce (butter, plain flour, whole fat milk, salt) enriched by the unique flavour of Pesto sauce (basil leaves, garlic, grated Parmisan and Fiore Sardo cheese, pine seeds, salt, extra virgin olive oil) covered with grated Parmisan cheese to give a beautiful golden crusty testure when baked.
