From the N25 take the N28 for Ringaskiddy, Carrigaline, Douglas and Rochestown for 1.3 km. Then take the exit onto the R610 for Rochestown and Passage West. Go 1.9 km to a sign on the right for the Glencairn B&B. Continue 150m and turn right into Underwood, and a further 150m to the second Glencairn B&B sign on the right. Drive down the driveway into the parking area.

At he Airport Roundabout take the N27 for Cork City, the N25, the N28 and all other routes for 2.3 km. At the Kinsale Road Roundabout take the 4th exit for the N25 East for 3.2km to the N28 exit for Ringaskiddy, Carrigaline, Douglas and Rochestown for 1.3km. Stay to the left for the exit onto the R610 for Douglas and Rochestown. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the R610 for Rochestown and Passage West. Go 1.9km where you will see a sign on the right for Glencairn B&B. Continue 150m and turn right into Underwood, and a further 150m to the Glencairn B&B on the right. Drive down the driveway into the parking area.
