Wells Bed and Breakfast
A grand Queen Anne Victorian style estate home, newly constructed in 2005. Our five luxurious guests rooms each have a private bath. Choose from king, queen or twins beds, fireplaces or whirlpool tubs. Here you will find all of the needs of the modern day traveler in a home like setting. Relax and enjoy our library/video room, morning room,wrap-a-round porches or decks. Full gourmet breakfast each morning prepared by our Chef. Great place for Business:meetings, retreats. - Deposit amount required (1/2 of total bill at time of reservation.)
- Check in time is 4-5:30 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Refunds can be made, with a $25.00 service fee charge, if cancellation notice is received at least 14 days or more prior to date of arrival. Unless a 14 day notice is given, full room payment will be charged. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, the Wells Bed & Breakfast will issue a rain check certificate for the full amount to be used at any later time up to one (1) year, subject to availability. One cancelation on a rain check, then it is considered cashed in. When reserving 3 or more rooms, a 30 day cancellation is required.
