This was not the ideal time to visit McGregor as some of the businesses were closed for a shorter season. Our innkeeper was very nice and the stay was comfortable. This is a very good value also. I would stay here again if I'm every in McGregor overnight.

The hosts made us feel very welcome at their Bed and Breakfast. Very nice innkeepers, great breakfasts and outstanding value. I highly recommend a stay at the Lamp Post Inn and Gallery!

Excellent hosts, loved the company of the dogs, very accommodating hosts, etc. etc. etc. Will definately return, hopefully next year for the 7th PDC 1/2 marathon!

Our stay at the Lamp Post Inn was most pleasant. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful 100 year old house. The bed and room were really comfortable. Also the hostess was very pleasant and the breakfast was really delicious. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us on our trip to Wisconsin. We would definately return next year on our summer trip.

Lamp Post Inn is a wonderful place to stay and Macgregor, Iowa is lovely "pocket town". Our hosts were gracious and knew all about the history of this small town. Also, the food was great.
