Inn Details
This 1890’s Neoclassical home, with its champagne-colored exterior, greets visitors in a foyer of gleaming oak floors. The large parlor is among the first areas to view the many beautiful antiques. Deep blue Victorian settess, chairs and other 1890s accents provide a comfortable setting. Breakfast served in a sunny dining area in the west room. The Decker House also has a full-service kitchen that provides meals for both the B & B and the Sour Grapes Bistro. A beautiful staircase of walnut and oak takes you to the second floor past impressive carnival glass lighting.
There are four rooms on the second floor, the Rose Room, the Iris Room, the Jasmine Room, and the Orchid Room. Each elegant room is accented with vintage dressers and bedroom sets, original woodwork, trim and 1890s details. Each room also has its own TV, wireless internet and private bath and shower, outfitted with replica fixtures. In some, the original tile floor has been restored. The Gardinia Room, located on the first floor is handicap accessible. All rooms are non-smoking.
The third floor is a large Jacuzzi suite elegantly decorated in a beautiful shade of pale yellow and white. This is the ultimate setting for those who seek privacy and intimacy.
