- Deposit amount required (One night's stay. Graduation, football games, holidays require payment in full by check - No cancellations, no refunds. Discounted stays require payment in full within 10 days of making reservation.)
- Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
Fourteen days notice to cancel to receive refund less $25 cancellation fee. Within 14 days, refund less $25 cancellation fee if room is rebooked. If not rebooked, certificate issued for future stay. Discounted stays require one month notice to cancel. - Accepted by the following agencies:
