This Hampton Iowa Bed and Breakfast was built in 1921 by a man who had a dream of giving his family a home. We are located in the heart of North Central Iowa. Enjoy a beautiful country setting from your private balcony, sit in front of the fireplace with a good book or relax in your private whirlpool tub. Go back in time as you stroll the 3.5 acres or sit in the gazebo and listen to nature as it talks to you. Country Heritage offers all of the creature comforts of home and we would like for you to make this your home away from home. While in the area check out Ridgestone Golf Course, Country Corners Antiques, Beeds Lake State Park, Maynes Grove, Hampton Specialty Shops, Hampton Historical Society, Eagle City Winery, and Franklin County Fair just to name a few of the many things to see and do.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Country Heritage B&B in January 2012 after our wedding. It was so relaxing to sleep in next to our fireplace in our bedroom. The whirlpool for two also made our evenings quite romantic. It just so happened that we also had the whole house to ourselves the whole time. So wonderful. Each morning we woke up to a homestyle breakfast for two and was so tasty. Overall, thank you to the staff for such a wonderfully relaxing time.

The stay was excellent. Help when you needed and time alone when you wanted it. Comfortable stay in the pine room with all the amenities of a big chain suite.

The setting is a 100yr. Family Farmstead. The farm originally belonged to the owners great grandfather! The "innkeepers" were warm, cordial, and very accommodating to their guest's needs! They typify what a good B&B should provide! Enjoy your stay, but if you have any problems negotiating stairs best to check with the innkeepers before booking
