The Tredway House
The Tredway House was built in 1898 by Harry Tredway, a prominent Dubuque businessman. This beautiful Queen Anne Victorian home is located less than a block from the historic Fenelon Place Elevator, affording quick access to Dubuque's downtown area, with its many unique shops and attractions. Guests will enjoy one of two large suites, each with a private bath and a "Sitting Room" adjoining their beautifully appointed bedroom. The Tredway House features a large "Widow's Walk" on the third level that provides a spectacular view of downtown Dubuque and the Tri-State area, as the vista extends accross the Mississippi River.
