VENDOR MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AGREEMENT/MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO EACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE VENDOR MEMBERSHIP WITH BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM^®.

BedandBreakfast.com^® reserves the right, once your company is a Vendor Member to: Delete any organization that submits false or intentionally misleading information; market the BedandBreakfast.com^® database and individual properties from the information supplied by the member; restrict advertising to any entity for any reason; approve or reject any listing deemed objectionable. If 10% or greater discount option is selected, any report of a failure to honor this discount will result in immediate removal from the Vendor Guide without refund, and without prior notice.

BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM^® MAKES NO WARRANTY PERTAINING TO AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR LISTING DISPLAYED ON ITS WEB SITE(S). BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM^® SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIMS BASED ON OR ARISING FROM THE POSTING OF SUCH CONTENT OR LISTING THAT IS MADE AGAINST BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM^®, INNKEEPERSONLY^®, INNS&OUTS^® OR THE BED & BREAKFAST CHANNEL^™, OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND/OR RELATED COMPANIES.

BedandBreakfast.com^® is not bound to any changes or amendments to this agreement unless agreed to by BedandBreakfast.com^® in writing.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and any legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement will occur in Austin, Texas. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BedandBreakfast.com^® and Participant with respect to the subject matter hereof, and Participant has not relied upon any promises or representations by BedandBreakfast.com^® with respect to the subject matter except as set forth herein.
