Bill became the Innkeeper and Executive Chef at the Inn at Aberdeen in October 1998 after two years of meeting our culinary needs on a part-time basis. Bill received his culinary training in Chicago and has served as Chef in many of the areas finest restaurants, most recently, the Showboat Casino Executive Dining Room. - The innkeepers speak: English
