There are two guest suites, each with private bath, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The Hospitality Suite is a one-bedroom suite with garden whirlpool tub and queen-sized bed with luxury pillow-top mattress. The Orchard Suite is an extra-large room overlooking our 40+ tree fruit orchard. It also has a luxury queen-sized bed, and features a bath with tub and shower and an optional second bedroom for families and friends travelling together. But you aren't stuck in your room at Sycamore Knoll! We invite you to enjoy our entire property. Settle into an overstuffed leather chair in the library, and enjoy one of our hundreds of books. Watch some TV in our guest TV lounge featuring all the satellite movie channels and a VCR. Take a nap on a lounge chair on the screened porch overlooking the orchard. Watch the sun set from the porch swing. Park yourself next to the bird feeding station and watch the woodpeckers, finches, and hummingbirds. Relax! at Sycamore Knoll.

My husband and I just spent 3 nights here where the weather outside was brutal but inside toasty warm and comfortable. Just a delightful experience! Very accommodating and personable hosts, great breakfasts, soft thirsty towels, and superb beds. Old historic house pre 1900's just outside the quaint town of Noblesvile. Don't miss this one!
