I so loved the McGregor House that I returned for another stay. The house is beautiful, the rooms are quiet and wonderfully appointed, the breakfast was gourmet and so good. But what really made the stay great were T.J. and Susan. Anyone who stays at the McGregor House will want to stay again.

What a splended way to spend our 14th anniversery. TJ and Susan were outstanding host. Had a wonderful/relaxing stay. Plus getting to enjoy a christan band rehersal was a plus. Ridethewind was great.

My husband and I would like to say how well we enjoyed our stay at the McGregor house in Brazil, Indiana. Myself, a former employee of the Old YMCA of Clay County always enjoyed working in the haunted house which is now the McGregor B&B. Every Halloween the house would become the scariest house in Clay County. Holes would be made in the walls for a new entrance into another haunted room. Walls would be torn down, windows boarded up, and everything would be painted black. But, if you would look behind a tarp and see the old fireplace mantel which was still in pretty good condition, you could imagine what the house used to look like, and what potential it still had. I always hoped that one day it would become what it once was. On October 10th, 2008 My husband and I spent our 1 year anniversary at the McGregor house. Walking into the door we were greeted by Mr. Sneddon and his Grandson. We were given a quick tour and our bags were taken to our rooms. For me, it wasn't walking into a newly restored home. It was walking back in time to what it used to be. Once again the house seemed to be alive with the beauty it once had. Our stay was very nice. Very private. We had a nice time. Thank you. TJ and Susan were great host. The house was great. What they did to an old house, turned into a YMCA and then made into a Bed & Breakfast was fantastic. If we are ever traveling again to Southwest Indiana or traveling old Route 40 through Brazil we will be sure to stop again.

We came back home for a high school reunion, and booked rooms at the McGregor House. Excellent, friendly hosts who provided everything we needed. Beautiful Victorian house and antiques, spacious rooms, and delicious and well-served breakfasts. We will return soon!
