    • Deposit amount required: A valid credit card number will hold room requests and we will not run the card number until you arrive.

    • Cancellations: You will not be charged for the room provided we receive notice via email 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, your credit card will be charged a $20 processing fee per room. If we are able to re-book the accommodations that were reserved, there will be no processing fee. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, no-shows, and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We are sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds in the event of illness, emergency, inclement weather or any other circumstances that are beyond our control.

    perfectly clean, delicious food (especially the mountaintop bacon!), incredible house, and friendly innkeepers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    I grew up in the Rensselaer area but never realized this lovely gem existed. What a lovely place to stay when going back for a visit. Thanks so much for the lovely hospitality.

    Friendly innkeepers. Great food. I recommend this B&B without hesitation. My bridesmaids and I stayed here prior to my wedding, and it was a wonderful stay.
