This was our 2nd time here. We were here last year! We had 10 people. This Rustic Elegance is our favorite cabin. We built a fire outside and had a blast this weekend.

We stayed at the Bear Pause cabin and was super clean and beautiful. My husband and I especially liked the giant ceramic shower for 2 with the waterfall coming out of the ceiling. We will definitely be back.

This cabin is secluded up a long winding driveway just off of State Road 46 in beautiful Brown County, Indiana.This luxurious log home has 5 private suites with king beds and pillow top mattresses. Each suite offers private bathrooms with ceramic tile showers, flat screen TV’s with satellite and lavish bedding. If you are coming from Columbus, turn left at the stop light in Nashville, at the stop light there is a CVS and a Speedway Gas Station. Head toward Bloomington on State Road 46. Brown County Getaways Drive is approximately 5 miles on the right side of the road. You will pass the carved bears (Cozy Bear Cabin) along the road; Getaway’s is the next drive on the right. Watch for the split rail fence and turn right - stop and follow signs to appropriate cabin. If you are coming from Bloomington we are approximately 12 ½ miles from the College Mall Road on State Road 46. As you leave Bloomington and drive toward Nashville there is a convenience store (Knight’s Corner) on the left side of the road. Brown County Getaways Drive driveway is on the left side of the road. It is the second driveway on the left. Watch for the split rail fence and sign.

As you drive towards Nashville there is a closed convenience store now called Knights Trash on the left side of the road. Brown County Getaways drive is on the left side of the road. It is the 2nd drive on the left. Watch for the split rail fence and sign.
