Reservations may be cancelled within 72hours following the execution of this document, excluding Sundays and legalholidays, as set forth in IC 1-1-9-1. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund with a $50.00 Cancellation Fee charge only. Late Cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund. For Cancellations 7-13 days before check-in a ONE NIGHTS rental rate plus all taxes will be charged. For any Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the reserved dates plus all taxes and service charges. Brown County is a rural community. Directions to property:
If you are coming from Columbus, turn left at the stop light in Nashville, at the stop light there is a CVS and a Speedway Gas Station. Head toward Bloomington on State Road 46. Brown County Getaways Drive is approximately 5 miles on the right side of the road. You will pass the carved bears (Cozy Bear Cabin) along the road; Getaway’s is the next drive on the right. Watch for the split rail fence and turn right - stop and follow signs to appropriate cabin. If you are coming from Bloomington we are approximately 12 ½ miles from the College Mall Road on State Road 46. As you leave Bloomington and drive toward Nashville there is a convenience store (Knight’s Corner) on the left side of the road. Brown County Getaways Drive driveway is on the left side of the road. It is the second driveway on the left. Watch for the split rail fence and sign.

Directions to property:
Take 70 East to 465 South to St Rd 37- go South to St Rd 46- go east past College Mall in Bloomington and continue East for 12 1/2 miles. As you drive towards Nashville there is a closed convenience store now called Knights Trash on the left side of the road. Brown County Getaways drive is on the left side of the road. It is the 2nd drive on the left. Watch for the split rail fence and sign.
