    • Minimum Stay: Two day minimum required for most weekends.

    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit is required with each room equal to the first night stay plus tax. Group deposits 4+ rooms vary depending on event. Please call for more details.

    • Cancellations: A two week/14 day advance notice is required for reservations. If less than two week notice the guest will be responsible for the entire stay. If canceled with 2 week or more notice a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged and the balance of deposit returned. For groups, a 3 month notice is required. If less than 3 month notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable and group will be responsible for all rooms in room block that were unable to be sold.
