Cancellations:

Reservations must be canceled in writing or by e-mail no later than 10 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be credited to your card less our $25.00 cancellation processing fee. Less than 10 day notice, reservations may be rescheduled not canceled, re-scheduled reservations may not be canceled. Late cancellations and/or "no shows" are subject to the full charge of the reservation. Refunds on rooms canceled late will be made IF the room is re-rented, less $50.00 cancellation processing fee.
