The room we originally chose at the Abbey Inn was not in working order, so we were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was not as updated as others we viewed, but it was still a very nice accommodation, and we very much enjoyed our stay. We did not actually have breakfast here, but at the restaurant in town, where the voucher was located.

My husband and I love Nashville Indiana and have always wanted to stat at the Abbey Inn, so this year I booked the Periwinkle room.... It was the most perfect room imaginable. We fell in love with the view from our private balcony and complete peacefulness of the room. I know there were other guests that stayed but we never heard anyone, which having three boys at home was wonderful to have complete peace and quiet. The grounds at the Abbey Inn were stunning to say the least. We took a little nature walk and got amazing pictures. I love the little touches in the room like the journal for guests to write about their stay. It was heartwarming to read the love stories left by guests. If you are looking for a perfect place to reconnect with each other, celebrate a special occasion, or just want a romantic get away, the Abbey Inn is the perfect place! We are totally in love and I am already planning for a birthday get away back to the Periwinkle room!

Our stay at the Abbey Inn, Nashville, IN property was a gift from our daughter. As such, it was a wonderful gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our weekend. That said, the Abbey Inn was a very nice location and the hot tub in our suite was a nice amenity, but had we paid the rate in full, we would have thought the suite very expensive for what it was. There is no dining at the Abbey Inn, but they do offer a very good discount on a breakfast buffet at a local restaurant. If one is staying at the Abbey Inn, by all means take advantage of the breakfast buffet discount. We may visit the Abbey Inn again, but we would hope to be able to take advantage of their weekday special, basically a buy one, get one free deal. That would be much easier to swallow. All in all it is a nice place to stay in Brown County, but it isn't inexpensive.

Overall we had a great time. The room, though average was nice, clean, and quite. The hot tube felt awesome. The staff was kind and attentive. My only complaint is that when out on the balcony the view was disapointing due to old blue tarps just thrown on the ground below along with trash cans lying around.

My husband and I decided to stay here for our 28th wedding anniversary. Couldn't have been more pleased. the room was so nice, CLEAN!! and the entire atmosphere was calm and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We are already planning next year's anniversary get away. just need to decide what room to book next time.

We SO enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Suite! Our room was HUGE! Everything felt so luxurious! It was extremely clean and we had the ultimate privacy! I would highly recommend!
