The Homespun Country Inn

302 N. Main Street , Nappanee, IN 46550 USA (Show map)

CELEBRATING OUR 22ND YEAR IN HOSPITALITY!! We are so honored to have been a part of the Nappanee community and have met so many wonderful guests from all over the world during these two decades. Our home was built at the turn of the century by Frank and Alma Brown. Mr. Brown chose the quarter sawn oak that fills our entry and first floor common rooms. Stained glass and leaded glass windows give a prism effect of sunny mornings during breakfast. A full breakfast is served in the dining room and early morning coffee and teas are available in the front parlor at 7:30 am. We invite you to enjoy our 5 guest rooms with private baths, our parlors to read or work on our ongoing puzzle, or watch a movie. We have filled our home with antiques and family pieces to make your stay comfortable. Our large front porch is complete with a swing and furniture where you may catch a passing horse and buggy. Just a short walk from our Inn, are 5 antique malls and craft shops. We look forward to your visit with us. Blessings!!

Superb B&B and Superb Owners

5 on September 17, 2015

I took my 85 year old dad to Nappanee for a high school reunion and a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party. We stayed with Dennis and Dianne for six nights. The room was immaculate as was the entire Inn. The breakfasts were wonderful. I have food allergies and Dianne accommodated those very graciously. I travel to this area at least once a year and this will now be my home away from home. Thank you Dennis and Dianne for being such great hosts. We loved our stay and miss you both! C & C

Mother/Daughter week-end getaway!!

My daughter and wanted to have a relaxing getaway and this B & B was recommended to my daughter by a fellow worker. Our room was very nice, the owners were very helpful and gaves us suggests of things to do in the area. After being out all day, we came back and relaxed on the big swing on the porch. Very enjoyable week-end!!

Relaxing getaway

Despite rainy weather we found plenty of places to visit, wander and shop. We were very comfortable and our hosts were warm and welcoming. It was nice to begin each day with a nice breakfast and a bit of conversation. Before we departed we enjoyed a musical at the round barn theater. It was excellent! We would definitely enjoy a repeat in the future.

Homespun Getaway

Wonderful room, tastefully decorated. We experienced the quiet and calm that goes along with small town Nappanee, IN. The town offers musical theater, restaurants, and shopping in an Amish community. The Homespun Inn was a nice haven and getaway for us, and we enjoyed conversation with our hosts.

Great Time!

This was our first visit to the Homespun Country Inn but it won't be our last. A beautiful home, very clean throughout and great people. It helped make our visit to the area a memorable one.

My cousin greatly enjoyed her stay at Homespun. Thank you for your part in making her visit a good one!

Truly a home away from home, and a very nice one at that!

Nappanee is my hometown, but having the experience at the Homespun Inn means I'll never stay in those oh-so-blah hotels on the outskirts of town again when I come to visit my relatives. The innkeepers made sure that my traveling buddy and myself were comfortable, and they updated me on all the new attractions to visit in town. AND no powdered eggs for breakfast... REAL FOOD delicious and hot. I've traveled extensively both in North America and abroad, and this stay was really top-drawer. Barbara Brumbaugh Keck (Nappanee High School '64)

30th celebration!

This was our first stay in a Bed and Breakfast. It was our 30 anniversary.. Diane was very accommodating at keeping it a surprise for my wife. We found the place to be very neat and clean. Diane's suggestion on where to eat and what were must see places were very helpful. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
