    While visiting my daughter at Ball State and sleeping on a cold dorm room floor with only a thin blanket between I decided to find a bed and breakfast close by. What a perfect choice to stay at River Gardens! Greeted by the whole family and pets upon late arrival. Little precious Charlotte was celebrating her 4th birthday and gave my daughter and I some Valentines. Breakfast was lovely made by Gerry and conversations with Shelly and Grandma were wonderful. Really felt at home and whenever I need a place to stay near my daughter I have found a perfect place to replace that cold dorm floor!
