Had never stayed at a bnb. It will be hard to stay at a chain hotel again without being over critical. Without experience to compare, I am very impressed with this place. It is secluded without being isolated. I will keep it in mind for future mini get aways.

Me and my boyfriend was on a road trip when I found this bed and breakfast on the internet. When we arrived we were greeted and everything was wonderful. It was quiet and beautiful. I was expecting a continental breakfast but we had a hot meal. What a surprise! I love this place and before we left we talked of coming back the followong month. Thanks for making this experience so GREAT!!!!!

What a wonderful treasure! That Pretty Place Bed & Breakfast is tucked away back in the woods in beautiful Middleburry, IN. They have two different lodges, the main lodge has your basic simple rooms with one Honeymoon Suite. Each room has its own private bath and small TV. The Honeymoon Suite has its own bath plus an amazing two person jacuzzi tub. The common room in the main lodge has a fridge stocked with soda and water. There is also a fireplace, however it was not working during our stay. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite in the main lodge and truly enjoyed it. The dining area was simple but nice. It was a bit chilly, we were there in the winter and the dining room is difficult to heat. The innkeepers were fantastic and prepared a great breakfast each morning. We had stuffed French toast one morning and biscuits and gravy the other. The innkeepers truly cared about their guests and did everything that they could to make your stay enjoyable, however they were not constantly talking your ear off. The other lodge on the property is very new and very modern. It has suites instead of rooms. It is absolutely gorgeous, and had the whole lodge not been booked by an entire family for Christmas we would have stayed there. One of the things that sets That Pretty Place apart from other bed & breakfasts is their grounds. They have a pond and lots of trails to walk. It is truly beautiful and so relaxing to just stroll through the woods. I would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone looking for a nice place to stay for an unbeatable price. In my opinion it is one of the BEST bed & breakfasts in northern Indiana.
