Back at the Artists Inn and Gallery you can retreat from the nearby activities by kicking back on the breezy wrap around porch and enjoying southern hospitality at its best. Ideally located, French Lick's oldest home offers area attractions including golf, horseback riding, boating, bike and walking trails, scenic railway, winery and much more. And, a variety of individual Cottages adjoin the Inn whereby we can accommodate large groups easily.

My husband and I stayed here while "wandering Indiana". We enjoyed our 2 nights here. We stayed in the house with 4 units. Our beds were comfortable and the house charming. The house was not full and we were the only ones using the TV in the living room. We breakfasted with Vesta and enjoyed getting to know her. The welcoming porches and gardens we would have enjoyed had the weather cooperated. We will recommend this place to our friends. R & B

We were expecting a nice quiet setting. We figure once you rent a cottage that the owner would be around or watching to see if you had more guests. The massage package is not worth the money it was more like a body rub. We figure we would get a bottle of wine from french lick winery not a generic version of wine. It is a nice getaway but the view was okay. For two people it cost $500 or so for 2 nights.

This was an oasis in the midst of a hectic conference week. We so enjoyed sipping tea on the veranda and visiting with the Innkeeper. The view was beautiful. The inn was meticulous and we enjoyed the ecclectic decor and the innkeeper's original oil paintings. The continental breakfast was just what we needed for our early morning meetings. Will recommend to our friends.

Cancellations: If you leave prior to your scheduled check out, this constitutes a cancellation and is nonrefundable. In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to rent the room. Given we are successful, your credit will be carried over to another night's stay to be used within 30 days.
