    Mark Need and Abbey Stemler, six-time Indiana University alums and veterans of Bloomington, own and operate the Suites. Mark and Abbey decided to start the suites when they realized that there were few alternatives to chain hotels for guests, friends, and families to stay in Bloomington. Wanting everyone to feel a connection to Bloomington, they designed and decorated the suites with a vision for a "New York boutique hotel" feel, while using as many local resources as possible.

    Courthouse Suite

    The Courthouse Suite is certainly the “room with a view.” Facing out onto the courthouse square, you can watch the sun set over a Bloomington landmark. The Courthouse Suite has over 700 square feet and can sleep up to four comfortably. It also offers a full kitchen and table seating, which is great for hosting parties.
