Our signature dish is Stuffed croissant with angel cloud shirred eggs. A delicate roll is stuffed with meat and cheeses, baked, Tomato Provençal garnished with sweet red pepper ring and cheese sticks after fresh fruit cup on fat free Yogurt, or stuffed Poached pears in spirits,varied juices,coffees and/or teas, home baked dessert breads in season.
