Greene Gables Inn

Long time classmates spent the week-end(4 of us) for a 50 yr.class reunion. In spite of the yucky,rainy,cold weather--we had a great time. Our reunion was held on Fri. evening, but we had the luxury to spend the night & be pampered. Wonderful 3 course breakfast..Very filling! A great place to relax & get away even if you live close by! Beautiful setting, very considerate staff & innkeeper.We'll definitely be back for another Girls week-end get away. kaywelsh

Our family gave us a night at the Inn for our anniversary. Very upscale, comfortable, clean. Beautiful grounds, staff made you feel right at home. Lovely breakfast. Would go back and take friends.

This is a tiny town, but a great B&B. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept, even have a swimming pool & fire pit. The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The Scarbrough Room was large and comfortable. Excellent place

I've never stayed at a bed and breakfast before, but I can tell you that if I have a chance to stay in one again; they are going to have some standards to hold up to. I stayed in the Huntmaster room and it is very cozy; the bedroom is not in the room, but it is still private, you get a key. It did not bother me at all. You will love it so much, that you wont mind leaving your room to use it!

I am planning a wedding at the Inn this summer. Jan has been absolutely wonderful! She is so willing to take on whatever duties! She is my "behind the scenes maid of honor"!

Jan and Terry go over and above in the name of luxury. The Churchhill Room was lovely and so very comfortable! We enjoyed the cold water and chilled wine from the local vinyard. The breakfast was delicious and the grounds are beautiful to look at and walk through. I was also there for a bridal shower luncheon in late summer and we were seated out in the pavillion. That too, paired with the weather that day, was a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I look forward to coming back. My girlfriends and I did a getaway weekend at Greene Gables Inn and we absolutely loved it. The attention to detail, the gorgeous Christmas decor, the delicious food all made us feel so welcome and helped us create a wonderful weekend full of great memories. This is the best B&B I've ever been to.

By the time one is 65 years old, it can be a daunting task to be impressed by charm and beauty. This is the one time I was delightfully overjoyed and IMPRESSED. A great big "thank you" for having chosen this area to delight our senses with the beauty of Green gables Inn. I will eagerly recommend the Green Gables Inn to many of my acquaintances. I hosted a baby shower for my daughter at the inn and everything was so personal and lovely. All of the guests had a wonderful time and thanked us for inviting them. The guests loved touring the house and many people were interested in staying there or hosting events. Thanks again to Jan and Terry for helping make memories.

The Greene Gables Inn was a breath taking experience. No expense was spared to provide luxurious accomodations and superb hospitality. From the green tea and rose scents that flourished in the hallway to the elegant dining area, the Greene Gables Inn was a world class accomodation. It was the perfect combination of a grand historic inn that had been updated to reflect a modern aire of old world charm as an English Manor. The Inn Keepers Jan and Terry Price were the epitomy of gratiousness. I look forward to our stay next year.

Seven high school friends gathered at Green Gables to reminisce and catch up on our lives. We graduated from the local high school over 40 years ago and were anxious to relive our "Slumber Party" days. Green Gables was a fantastic place - the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The landscaping is gorgeous as well as the setting in the gazebo where some of us had some early morning coffee. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner there and outstanding 3 course breakfast. I plan to spread the word to my St Louis friends about a wonderful get away. This will certainly place White Hall on the map!

We traveled from Arizona for a family reunion...we almost wished we didn't have to leave the Inn. We were in the "lap of luxury" and treated as long lost friends. The inn keepers were so very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The entire facility was immaculate and so many details that it was dazzling. The special details in the bath were a pleasure to behold. The food was so very good, not 'ordinary' at all. I would encourage anyone to make this a destination for luxury and relaxation. A group of nine went for lunch for a 50th birthday. Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Tour was fabulous. Looking forward to booking a room to spend a night. Terry and Jan are both very personable and make you feel like you really belong there.
