- Cancellations:
Refund of deposit less $20 handling fee if cancellation is made 7 days (168 hours) before stated arrival time. On cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled arrival time, a gift certificate in the deposit amount (less $20 handling fee) may be requested. The gift certificate is good for one year from cancellation date. Otherwise deposit is forfeited - Accepted by the following agencies:
