I stayed here for the Halloween weekend with my boyfriend. Mike and Anita were very hospitable and kind...the b&b was a beautifully decorated 1891 home. The breakfast each day was so good and conversations with the other couples was very nice. We stayed in the lady Ashley room with a Jacuzzi tub which does not have a shower as it stayed on the website...I love taking baths...if you are a bath person and want to soak with your sweetheart...then this is the room for you. Great price, great people and great b&b!

I booked a romantic weekend for my wife and I, but did not tell her what town we were going to or where we were staying. She was pleasantly surprised about the entire weekend. We both thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, the delicious breakfasts, Mike's advice about Galena, and the company of the others staying there. We will be back at Queen Anne's again!

My wife and I stayed at the Queen Anne Guest House over the memorial day weekend. It was first time at a B&B. The host Mike was very nice and informative about the house and local attractions. The resturants that he suggested were all great. We can't wait to back. The location also was walking distance to downtown Galena.

My mother, sister and I stayed in the Prince George Room at Queen Anne Guest House. We LOVED it! The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed looking at all the antiques and historical parts of the home. Mike was a very helpful host. He was easy to talk to and had a lot of interesting information about Galena that we enjoyed hearing. I would strongly recommend the Queen Anne Guest House to anyone visiting Galena.

Upon taking my girlfriend to historic Galena for the first time, I knew staying in a B&B was the way to go and the Queen Anne Guest House ticked all the boxes. The location to both main street and Grant's home is ideal. Not only are the Victorian rooms cozy (we stayed in the Queen Anne room) but you also get free reign of the downstairs parlor and sitting room anytime you like. But the best aspect of our stay were the uniquely delicious breakfasts prepared by Mike, who is full of stories and info about where to go in town. If we ever make it back to Galena we know where we'll be staying!
