¾ cup flour ¾ cup milk
3 eggs pinch of nutmeg
Pam
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced thin
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, milk, eggs, and nutmeg. Beat lightly and leave batter a little lumpy. Spray sides and bottom of two 8” cake pans with Pam. Pour batter equally into each pan. Top with sliced apples and bake 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip pancake onto serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup. Serves two.

Cancellation requires a 7 day notice, when one or two rooms are reserved. When reserving three or more rooms, a 30 day notice is required.
