There are always cabs waiting to take you somewhere, or go for a nice stroll. The Theater District is just down the street too!

Cancellations:
These reservation/damage deposits will be refunded within 7 days of move out. Damage beyond the amount that is being held, we reserve the right to charge the fee to your credit card to cover additional damages that may not be covered in the the small deposit. Cancellation Policies. 46-60 Days From Booking All monies are refunded! 30-45 Days from Booking. Only Reservation/Damage deposit is Forfeited 15-29 days from Booking. 1/2 the total amount less reservation/damage deposit are forfeited. 7-14 days from Booking 75% of Entire rental amount is forfeited less reservation/damage deposit are forfeited. 6 days or less before booking all monies are forfeited less reservation/booking deposit. Owners can cancel at anytime due to unforseen circumstances. If this occurs, guest will get full refund plus an 20% Discount next time they stay with us.
