"Our 1873 brick Victorian town home features a contemporary 20 ft. window wall facing our lush 2 level garden. Enjoy the garden view, while relaxing in the comfortable living room or while having expanded continental breakfast in the upper level dining room. All 4 guest rooms (3 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 twin beds) have private bath with toiletries, hairdryer, iron and board, ceiling fans and individually controlled A.C. Most bathrooms feature extra deep soaking bathtub in addition to a shower. Rooms feature a private phone line with free local calls, ample workspace, TV/VCR/DVD, clock radio, cd player and Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy our video library and wide selection of Chicago guide books. If you love architecture, the Chicago Architectural Foundation River Boat Tour is an experience you won't want to miss. Complementary refreshments, fresh individually brewed Keurig coffee, hot or iced tea, hot chocolate, brie and crackers are available to all our guests. Garage parking is $25. nightly, in an assigned space, with full in/out privileges in a high rise building directly behind our B&B. Do you like to workout? Bookstores, numerous restaurants and Chicago’s famous nightlife are all located within a 5 minute walk. Lake Michigan, the Magnificent Mile, Lincoln Park, Oak Street Beach are within a 10 minute walk. Three museums are a 20 minute walk away.

We had a fabulous 8-night stay at Sally's Gold Coast B&B in late June. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Our bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, living room and courtyard. Sally and her staff were so lovely and informative, we now consider them friends. The location is an easy walk to Michigan Avenue, a subway station and great neighborhood hangouts, yet our little block was quiet and quaint, giving the feel of being away from the bustle of the city. This will definitely be our "place" when we return to Chicago!

Couldn't believe the level of service and personal attention I see. Property is located in a great spot adn has so much to offer. Owner/Operator couldn't have been nicer! I will recommend to everyone!
