Flemish House of Chicago
Flemish House of Chicago located in the Gold Coast, steps to N. Michigan Ave. and the lakefront. We offer furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments in an 1890s greystone rowhouse. We have kept the best of the old and updated kitchens and baths for modern-day living. The apartments are available for short-term stays (three-night minimum applies on weekends) or as furnished corporate units (by the week).
Apartments feature some combination of wood-paneled rooms, fireplaces, in-laid wood floors, high ceilings and decorative moldings. All kitchens are totally new and self-contained. Bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and tile. We are located in downtown Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood, minutes from North Michigan Avenue, Water Tower Place, the lakefront and Oak Street Beach.
