I actually wanted to mark 5 for all of the above but my browser is only letting me do 4 stars. Staff was TOTALLY cool. Accomodated all our requests on short notice. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice. Definitely want to come back again.

If you want a respite from your busy and activity-filled life, want to reconnect with a loved one or gather for a family reunion, or appreciate “A” quality service, this is the place to go in Illinois. The suite in which my husband and I stayed on his birthday had a cowboy motif, and the rooms were the most creatively decorated ones in which my husband I have ever stayed. The pluses of Copperstone include a scrumptious breakfast, beautiful areas on the property on which to hike or, in warmer weather, picnic, and a hot tub in which to relax after a hike. We availed ourselves of the chance for a couples massage, and other spa treatments are available. The only part of the experience that was less than stellar quality was the massage, since the massage therapists applied too little pressure. But they were, like everyone else at the Inn, delightfully friendly people. My husband lobbied to stay another day but instead we will return, hopefully in the not too distant future.

We stayed in the Farmers Suite and it was nicer than we thought. It is a little noisier being it's on the main level. We stayed upstairs the second night and it was very quiet in the morning. The entire place was cozy and the breakfast was very good. The best part about the stay was how nice and accommodating each of the staff was.

I wanted to treat my husband to a special birthday treat. SInce we don't get much alone time with an active family - I thought what a great gift to go to a B&B. Had no idea where I wanted to go - went on google and plugged in Lake Geneva B&B and The Copperstone Inn popped. I was so intrigued with their website and reviews that I had to make a reservation. For a person being on a budget the fact that I could pay half on initial reservation and the balance upon check in was awesome! I will say finding the facility on country roads in the dark was a bit challenging; however, the gal at the Inn was very patient with my numerous phone calls. Low and behold we arrived - so impressed with the Copperstone Inn!! We actually had the entire Inn to ourselves as we were the only guests for the night. Intially, that was intimidating but they have so much security on the premises that fear quickly went away. I did treat him to an excellent dinner in Beloit! We came back and watched a movie in the theater room downstairs, had a cocktail that we brought along and afterwards retired to our suite. We stayed in the Northwoods - gorgeous!!! Loved it! Beds were very comfortable, linens were top notch - slept like a baby! The double shower was to die for! Wish I had that at home! Woke up to a fabulous smelling breakfast ... she outdid herself! We had frittata, pumpkin spiced waffles, bacon done to perfection, orange juice, coffee and green and red grapes lightly mixed with plain yogurt topped with crumbled brown sugar and pecans! I have to say I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! I definitely will come back again and next time take advantage of the spa services. Thanks to all the owners and staff .... Have a Very Merry Christmas!
