Cancellations:
Guests who give cancellation with seven day notice have three options: 1. Re-book to another date 2. Receive a gift certificate for the amount of the prepaid room, good toward a future reservation 3. Receive a refund less a $25 per room cancellation fee. Guests who give less than one week's notice of cancellation forfeit the room deposit unless the room is re-booked. If the room is re-booked, the guest may chose one of the above options. When booking three or more rooms, a 30 day notice of cancellation is required.
