We are away from the congestion in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still a short walk to shopping and fine dining on downtown Main Street. This is the perfect place to stay in Gelena. The view from the front porch is outstanding and Rita is a wonderful host and cook....the breakfasts were outstanding!

With so many Inns to choose from, The Hellman House is a must stay!! The attention to detail of the Inn and the gardens and Rita's hospitality make this a wonderful lodging facility. She helped us with dinner reservations, directions, and tour suggestions. We love Galena and all it has to offer and having The Hellman House as our home away from home made it all the more special.
