Cancellations within 10 days will be charged the full room rate unless the room can be re-booked for the same reservation dates. Group reservations of 3 or 4 rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice with the same stipulations as above. We encourage the group coordinator to have each couple (or person) call with their credit card information for guaranteeing their individual room.
