The 5500 sq foot property boasts luxury amenities, affordable rates, and a splash of Tuscan style you cannot find anywhere else in the city.Constructed in 1887, this Chicago greystone looks like any other building on the Northside. But inside lies a taste of Italian luxury unparalleled in the Windy City. The current owner has spent the past two years restoring the property to its original look, along with award winning Chicago architecture firm Burns and Beyerl. Last year, it received the coveted Chicago Preservation Excellence Award based on top notch restoration.
At the Villa, the stocked subzero refrigerator and kitchen area is common and shared with all who stay or visit, or BYOF and utilize the CHEF'S GOURMET KITCHEN and/or outdoor BBQ'S!
