We had a great time. It was the perfect way to recuperate from the hectic holiday season. We loved having the carriage house all to ourselves. The staff and owners are fantastic. We had wonderful food, a relaxing stay, met fantastic people and enjoyed the history surrounding the house. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back

This visit was way beyond my expectations, from the decor, ambiance , food and service. This is by far one of the nicest B & Bs we have ever stayed in. I felt like I was a character in Downton Abbey. The beds were comfortable, and each room came with its own, full size, lighted Christmas Tree. The gourmet breakfasts were an exceptional surprise each morning. Everything about the Vrooman Mansion is above and beyond ,and somewhere in between heaven. What a fun, unique, peaceful experience. WE will be back for sure.... Steeny, Delavan, Wi.

Needed a place to stay while visiting college roomie. Love the history this had to offer plus the location. Close to shopping and any other needs. The Vrooman has comfortable rooms. Very inviting place and when you walk in you step back in time. It's like a museum you get to stay in! And breakfast was just the best and too much food! They won't let you go away hungry. We will stay here again.

We selected this property in the blind off of the internet for a brief birthday weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was beautiful, even on a dreary fall weekend. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The house was exactly what you would expect from a 150 year old mansion. The hosts were very cordial, and the Sunday breakfast was out of this world! Very enjoyable.

The Vrooman is my favorite B and B. This stay we asked about a place for a mani pedi and the hostess called a place up and made reservations right then. It was great. Breakfast is always delicious. Love this place and the owners are very nice as well.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and has a lot of history. We had fun checking out the pictures and reading the history of Julia Vrooman. The furnishings were beautiful -- check out the dining room table! -- and there were hidden nooks to explore. Best of all, the members of the staff were gracious and willing to share what they knew about the mansion. Reading the guest books was fun -- people have come from all over the world to stay there. I can see why.
